Director of Human Resources
Ludger Brackmann, Director of Human Resources, is responsible for the overall human resources activities of R. L. Polk Europe. In this role he plans and assures the implementation of HR strategies, policies, objectives, tools and projects. He is also responsible for the proper communication to Global Management, Staff and assigned Third Parties. Ludger also acts as Human Resources & Administration-Director for R. L. Polk in Germany and Austria.
Prior to his current position, Ludger worked as an HR-Director for an international automotive supplier. In this position, he established new HR strategies and all related policies and tools, and led several company-wide change projects. He also has held HR-management positions in the pharmaceutical industry and with such will-known international organisations like SONY. As a Senior Manager at SONY, he also was leading all General Affairs activities.
Ludger holds a Degree in Business Administration.
