Country Director - UK
Patrick Reininger, Country Director, is responsible for the business operations and the overall strategic direction of R. L. Polk UK ltd.
Prior to joining R.L. Polk, Patrick spent 14 years working for DaimlerChrysler Canada Inc., holding several positions each with increasing levels of responsibility. Most recently, he was Manager of Service Marketing & Development. In this position, he was responsible for developing an Aftersales strategy focused on revenue generation and improving owner retention. Specifically, he coordinated National Direct Mail campaigns, all Dealer Advertising Association activities related to Service & Parts, managed SMART Link predictive reminder program, developed retail incentives for Service Advisors & Technicians, as well as the successful launch of dealer On demand marketing.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Spring Arbor University, Spring Arbor, Michigan and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Windsor, Windsor, Ontario.
